The food at City Eats was great- service was a bit slow, but the staff themselves were great. We enjoyed the water slides/pool area and action city. Room was very clean. Could not access netlfix and channels were very limited.

It is a very nice hotel with happy helpful staff. We had planned two nights not realizing the restaurant would not be open on first night. Also were not told they did not have cleaning of rooms each day. We had stayed there before so knew some things to expect. Good stay ocerall.

The room was spacious and the staff very accommodating and “Wisconsin nice”. I came for a conference but will recommend the water park to my children. Unlike other resorts which can be overcrowded, the staff were accommodating and service was quick for ice cream, meals and checkout.

Our 3rd year visiting over MEA. My request for room location was met, my grandson and I loved our stay. Good food and service at City Eats!

Location was nice it was easy to get around Niece fully enjoyed the chaos water park Complimentary coffee in the lobby was nicesince there isn't a coffee pot in the room

Close to interstate and quiet due to most of facilities being closed. Room was very accommodating for family stay.

Fairly close to home, easy to get to. we were here the same weekend last year and had a great time! it was so much fun, I brought my 12 year old grandson and it was perfect!
